Just Boss Up Academy is a free and virtual entrepreneurial business incubator program consisting of three 10-week cohorts annually. During each cohort, entrepreneurs of color connect with subject matter experts who advise them on a number of topics to help them achieve their goals and legally create their business.

 

Just Boss Up Academy advises and assists them with registering their business with the state, acquiring an EIN, creating a business bank account, drafting a business plan, and more. Cohort graduates are also eligible to apply for grants from funders who have contributed to GEDDI. Monies are used solely for the formation or expansion of their enterprises. The information, skills, and tools they gain throughout our cohort will better position them to optimize funds and increase their appeal for further funding.
